Dr. Sudeep Punia, M.D.

Dr. Sudeep Punia, M.D.-has been practicing in the valley for 20 years and was the founder of the West Valley family of businesses. He graduated from Punjabi University as his M.D. He emigrated to Detroit, Michigan in 1980 where he did his residency at Detroit Macomb Hospital Corporation for general surgery. He then was a resident at Bon Secours in Grosse Pointe, Michigan for Internal Medicine. He moved to the valley in 1991 and worked for the Cigna Health Care systems before setting up West Valley Internal Medicine in 1992. He was voted Lifecare Centers of America medical director of the year for the Southwest region in 1999. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also has been personally trained in California by Dr. Mulholland and Dr. Bitter, two of the originators of combining intense pulse light with radio frequency, which produces an effective and virtually pain-free laser hair removal system.
